Hello everyone,
This is a step by step tutorial for explosion box.
Step 1. To make the base, just fold along the score lines on all the layers of the raw explosion box kit.

Step 2. For the lids, fold them along the score lines and glue them at corners to give it a lid shape.

Step 3. Now cut pattern paper according to the sizes of layers. ( Please remember to cut 1/4″ Lesser from all sides to give it a matting look and also to make it look more professional).

Step 4. For the centre part, I have used resin frame.stuck some glitter and texture sand with glossy accent .I have also used few metal charms and stamped a sentiment at the centre and decorated with mulberry flowers.

Step 5. Decorate all the layers as per your wish.

Step 6. For the cover of the box, I have painted a mdf cutout with chalk paint and decorated with texture sand and flowers.
TIP:- Use clear gesso on the cover not only to protect the base but also so that it absorbs all the mediums wonderfully that you are thinking of using in your project.
